LINK is available for free to all health care providers who give immunizations as well as other organizations that have immunization requirements and/or provide assessment and referral for immunizations (e.g., schools).

Currently, the following agencies are eligible to use LINK:

1. Health care providers who give immunizations. This includes health department-based clinics, non-profit/community clinics, private medical practices, and hospitals.
2. Schools, Daycare, and Camp facilities
3. Women, Infants and Children Program (WIC)
4. County and State Foster Care offices
5. California Work Opportunity Program (CalWORKs) programs
6. Health Plans
7. State and County Health Departments

To participate, all you need is a computer, printer, and Internet access. LINK staff will guide you through the setup process, provide training to your staff, and are available for ongoing support.
